Helping students combat climate change through journalism, activism and art

The Writing’s on the Wall (WoW) was a joint project of News Decoder and the Climate Academy at the European School Brussels II to help teachers across Europe and the world to integrate climate science into their teaching, funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ program.

From 2021 to 2023, the project addressed the lack of resources and limited strategies for schools to integrate climate change education into teaching with activities combining activism, journalism and art.
