About News Decoder
News Decoder is a global educational news service for young people. We teach journalistic and media literacy skills that broaden young people’s knowledge of global issues and make them better global citizens. Our educational services include workshops, global webinars, E-Learning courses and publication of multimedia content by experienced journalists and youth.
Our innovative educational services are designed to teach young people how to think critically about global issues, challenge assumptions, separate fact from opinion, consider conflicting viewpoints, identify solutions and communicate clearly and impartially.

There’s always something new going on, and there’s never a moment of boredom. I get to work on different projects week to week, and this has given me so much insight into the journalism, business and legal aspects of running an online publication and educational resource. In my first two weeks, I’ve written for the News Decoder blog, I’ve worked on privacy matters and a whole bunch more.
